The latest

Baseball ended, summer is almost over with a just 3 short weeks before school starts, and it is flying by!

The latest happenings in the Cottrell house is enjoying our new family member - Kelly the Dog, and playing soccer.

Ainsley has been doing SO good in soccer.  I wasn't sure how my pink, glittery, girlie, girl would take to a "real" team sport - but she has done amazing!  She loves it, runs the whole time, goes after the ball and has scored a goal in a game and practice already after 1.5 weeks.

Shaun is doing great in soccer as well!  Not such a surprise for our little sports hound - but still SO fun to watch and encourage him.

In KellyDog news - she is wonderful and sweet and the kids just ADORE her.  She's completely settled in to the Cottrell family.  She even helps the kids remember to pick up their toys....as you can see by the "reminder" she left after Ainsley left out her dollhouse baby on the floor.

We've had a great summer and can't wait to see what the last of it brings!

Hopefully no more Haboobs!
