Munds Park: Part 2

Besides Quad riding - we spent a lot of time doing what Ainsley is demonstrating below....

Relaxing!  The cool air was a welcome retreat from the extreme heat of Phoenix and we were so happy to sit in the pines with a cool breeze and just enjoy each other's company!



Of course - we took a break from our zen relaxation to watch the best little parade in Munds Park!

The kids caught lots of candy, beads, can coozies, and otter pops!

...and while there was a fire ban due to the high fire danger/dryness in that area, and we could not have fireworks ... Ainsley made a very nice pretend fire pit and roasted some awesome fake s'mores!

Really - what else could you want?
