Weekend Update!

We had soooooo much fun this weekend. It flew by way to quick though.
Saturday morning Shaun had his football game, but he spent a lot of it in tears - poor little guy.
He is so hard on himself. He was very upset at the end of the game because he only got one extra point he ran in, otherwise he had no touchdowns and no flags (tackles) on defense.
Okay - kid - you don't have to be the star all the time!
I was proud of him though that he cheered his teammates on when they did good still, he even chest bumped and then carried his best bud, Skyler, all over the field after he got a touchdown.
He was so happy for his friend! ;-)

After football, we made the trek up north and went sledding and played in the snow all day. It was SO much fun for all of us. Last year, Ainsley didn't love it so much - but she had the best time this year!

Sunday we did a little errand running and then chilled at home together.
I love weekends like this, full of family fun. Hope you had a great weekend too!

Only sad part was our Wildcats Basketball team lost to the "Yucky Devils" as Ainsley puts it. :-(
