A certain fellow blogger and friend has inspired me to get some of my home improvement projects done. I've had a list of things for forever and been putting them off for some time because we've just been so busy. It's time to stop the excuses and get moving.
The first project on the list is re-decorating Ainsley's room. It's time for her to move out of her "toddler" bed, and into a big girl bed - so it's the perfect time to do it. She turns 3 in a few weeks so the aim is to get it all done by then.
Those who know her at all, know she is a complete Princess at heart! She loves anything pink, girly, and truly believes she is one of the Disney Princesses...so picking a "theme" was a no brainer. Princess room.

This weekend, Matt and the kids are heading up north to the in-laws cabin and I'm staying back and have roped my mom into helping re-paint Ainsley's room. I think it is going to look great once it is all done...and Ainsley is going to just LOVE it!

Too cute! Wish I could decorate a girly room! Have fun! Glad I was an inspiration! It took a while to get motivated but now I can't stop! Sure wish I could win the lottery so we could redo our entire house!
I hear you BMB! The lottery would def. help speed things along! Oh well - paint is pretty cheap and the labor (me) is even cheaper! ;-)
