Despite mommy's work trying to kill her over the weekend - we had a great 3rd Bday celebration for Princess Ainsley!
It was a great party with good friends and family.
Shaun had a hard time this year - jealous of all the attention and special stuff his little sister was getting. However, the day started very different - like this...
Each of them got up at 5:30 am and jumped in our bed. When Shaun says he has a present for Ainsley and disappears. When he comes back he gives her his "present" all "wrapped" in his blankie. It is one of his favorite stuffed animals. He tells her "You can keep it FOREVER!". I'm giving it to you because I love you so much. She says all excited - "I can keep it ALL DAY!!??!". He says - No forever. She says - all day today?...He gives up - but it was sooo sweet!
That's where his excitement for "her day" ended. But the fun had just begun!
We, of course, did a princess party. We had family and a couple close friends who have kids around her age come over. It was fun, hectic, and Ainsley had a blast.
