Football

Shaun's Flag Football team wrapped up their season last weekend with a very hard fought game, that unfortunately ended in a 1 pt. loss. ;-( but such fun was had and so much was learned all season that we didn't dwell on that long!

Instead we had all the team and families back to our house to Par...tay!

The boys were wild and crazy as we expected and the families all pitched in some food. We watched an awesome highlights dvd that one of the dad's made and then gave out some hardware (trophies).

Coach Scott and Coach Matt did a great job and gave some inspiring speeches of course!

Then they gave out some hardware (a.k.a trophies) and had some nice words to say about each of our great players...here is Coach Scott giving our star quarterback (Shaun "Romo" Cottrell) a little appreciation.
As one of the Team Mom's, I took pictures of each of the kids with our great coaching team and sent them to the parents. The kids loved being the center of attention for the paparazi!

And in case you were wondering, this picture doesn't show the full thing, but our new-ish sectional can hold one dad, one big brother with a cast/crutches, one mom, one baby brother, and 7 pee-wee football players at once! That's 11 people!
