Football, Football and a birthday party!

I keep meaning to take pictures at football, but forget to charge the camera battery. Next week - I promise.

So, today the mighty Bulldogs had 2 games in a row!
In the first, Shaun caught an early interception and also got a touchdown. We were up the whole game until the last minute. When the Killer Bees ran it in and made the extra point (which we had missed) and they won.

We redeemed ourselves in our 2nd game though - where Shaun scored TWO touchdowns! Crazy how good that kid is!

Our team ALL played great! Amazing defense from a couple kids who just started this season and some great offensive runs from Shaun's best buddy Skyler too! Lot's of good flag pulls from Sky and Shaun as well.

After the double header we had to rush to a friend's bday party at Peter Piper Pizza and Shaun didn't miss a beat! I don't know where that kid's energy comes from! He just can't sit still - it's amazing. It's a good thing too, because Baseball practices start next week so for a month here we overlap and he's got both Baseball and Football going.

It's times like this I appreciate all my parents did running us to all our activities!
Ainsley is trying out a class to start taking dance on Monday nights - and she is still in Gymnastics on Tuesdays the rest of this month. What was I thinking?
Monday - Ainsley has dance at 4pm, then I have Zumba at 7:45pm
Tuesday - Ainsley has gymnastics at 3:30pm, Shaun and Coach Matt have Baseball at 5pm, and I have a board meeting at 6pm (did I mention I finally caved at the requests of my friend Betty and joined the baseball league board).
Wednesdays are FREE!!!
Thursday - Shaun and Coach Matt have batting practice for baseball at 5:30, and then leave directly from there for both of them to get to Football practice at 6pm.
Fridays are FREE!!!
Saturdays - for now just football.
Sundays - Church and batting practice for baseball.

Ugh - At least it is only a few weeks and then football and gymnastics are done. This overlap will be rough though. The family Admin Asst. didn't plan this so well, did she!? (oh wait - that was me.)
