Update...

The Eat, Pray, Love premiere event we went to last night was a fun girls night out. A good cause, some good swag and appetizers, and a pretty good movie. But most of all just fun to hang out and talk with my cousin Barb, Aunt Carla, and my mom.

While I was off with my family, Matt and the kids were hanging out with his brother and family visiting from Illinois. We got to see them for a short visit last weekend because they came in to hike the grand canyon! They did awesome, rested up and came back down to the valley this weekend and we are so lucky to get to see them some more.

Shaun and Ainsley just adore their cousins and cry every time they leave at the end of the night. We have a weekend full of fun plans with them and so luckily I get to join in for the rest of it.

Well - Matt and his brother have a bit of an obsession with a little convenience store snack treat called "Chocodiles". They don't have them in Illinois and Mike grew up loving them, so every time they visit he buy's out all of them at the local Circle K. This was no exception. So, they had to have their ritualistic chocodile fest last night. Yummm.

(For those who don't know - a Chocodile is basically like a twinkie wrapped in chocolate that is like what is on the outside of a swiss roll.)

More fun coming tonight as the adults get a dinner out and to watch our neice's friend's band, and the teenager cousins are "kid-sitting" Shaun and Ainsley. Our kids are soooooo excited for this! (They insisted I call it kid-sitting instead of babysitting, "Because we are NOT babies".)

Should be a fun night!!!
