Eat, Pray, Love...and other stuff

We've had a very fun week, well - Shaun has anyway.
This week before schools starts, there is no summer camp - so instead Shaun got to have 2 day's of Neena Pat/Papa Jerry camp, 1 day of Nina Joan, Poppy Bob camp, and 2 days of Daddy camp!
He had a blast at each!
Golfing Range 2 times, minature golfing 2 times, bowling, swimming a ton, lunches out, a movie, a hair cut (so he can be super handsome at the start of 1st grade!), a playdate and more!

Last night we even got to go to the school's Ice Cream social with our friends and neighbors and peak in the big 1st grader classrooms. He's getting excited for sure!

Tonight though - mommy get's a fun night out! Every so often the "girls" in our family that live locally will have a Elliott/Tjenstrom girls night out. Which usually entails seeing a silly "chic flick" and some food/cocktails of some kind.
Well - I recently got an invite to an "exclusive" premiere night fundraiser for Phoenix Children's Hospital because I'm a donor there. I decided this was a perfect for our girls night...
(a) it's a chick flick (Eat, Pray, Love)
(b) it is near my cousin Barb's home
(c) a night out with my amazingly strong women of my family sounded like a good idea the weekend before school starts!

So - I will Eat, Pray, and Love for you all tonight as I eat, drink, and surely giggle with the Elliott/Tjenstrom girls tonight.
