(Actually the last games are on Dec. 4th, but we have a bye that week, so we are done.)
Shaun and his team, The Bandits, had a great season and he definitely improved.
That can be seen in that he is the youngest kid on the team, and yet one of the top 2 fielders on the team. His fielding fundamentals are so solid it's crazy.
In his last game he scooped up a ball on third base, threw it like a bullet to 1st and got the runner out. He's got a great arm, and a great glove.
With a pitching machine he struggled a bit at the start of the season trying to get his timing down, but by the end of the season he has really improved! He got the game ball his last 2 games. The first one hitting 4 for 4, and the last one hitting 3 for 4, two of which were ropes!We are so proud of his effort and attitude. We loved his coach and he made some good friends.
While we look forward to a little break - we can't wait for Spring Ball!
