I did a little work, Ainsley went to school for her Halloween party, and Matt and Shaun went for haircuts.Then - we were off to the Arizona State Fair. What fun, especially with 1/2 price entrance and $1 for all rides and games today. Wa-hoo!
Here is the family walking in, hand in hand and happy as clams.
Ainsley walked all the way up the stairs for this big slide... and then all the way back down. I guess it looked a bit higher from the top. But that's okay, because then brother got 2 rides!
The loved the obstacle course type rides...and both did awesome on the rope walls.
Bumper cars were fun for Shaun, but Ainsley found a bit boring.
I didn't get picutres of all the rides, but Ainsley LOVED all of them. Not the least bit of fear on anything except that big slide.
It was VERY hot out today - so bumper boats were a BIG hit!
They went on a couple different small roller coasters and did great. So, at the end of the day with our last 2 tickets we thought we'd have them try this one that was just a little bigger and a little faster. These are the happy before faces.
Afterward ONE of them was a little tearful.

Yes Amy - I'm afraid he is not really a big ride kid - at least not yet. Ainsley didn't mind though - so there is hope for her joining me on Space Mountain some day! ;-)
