This is a crazy week for us, lot's going on, but lot's of fun things - so it's worth the craziness.
We had Shaun's parent / teacher conference last night and he did awesome! We are so proud of him.
Highest possible scores on his report card for both Math and Social Studies. And great solid scores on reading/writing. 100% on every spelling test so far. He's very eager and participative in class - and excited to tell us about what he's learned when he comes home.
Who could as for more?!?
On another note - I hit my goal weight this week! Total loss is 36 pounds since mid July.
My body fat percentage is down 7.5 %, and my BMI is down 6 points and now well into the normal range. I feel so great.
I'm still eating a lot healthier, but can add back in more variety.
I really feel better than I have in years, but now the goal is to increase my working out and get stronger.
Big week / weekend still ahead: including baseball, halloween parties, a family trip to the State Fair, a besties b-day party, and trick-or-treating! Lot's of pics and updates to come!

The grey pants were too short and the white and black are a little snug but I think it will work! Who knew she was so much bigger?? Congrats on your weight - that is awesome and congrats to Shaun too!
