New Shoes!

So, Shaun has worn out yet another pair of sneakers and off we went to get some new ones.
He loves having Skechers because all his friends do, but they make only like 1 pair that isn't velcro and we've learned the velcro seems to go before the shoe on these.
So - we were off to get "Big Boy TIE shoes"!
The search went well besides trying to stop Ainsley from picking up every pink, glittery, or girly shoe she could reach and saying she Needed it. (Really - a shoe fettish at 2.5 yrs old!?) Ugh.
We ended up with some cool Gray/Silver and Black Nikes and I think he likes them because he insisted on wearing them out of the store.
On the way home he said he loved them and then said, "Mommy, I just can't take my eyes off of them!"
I almost lost it, too funny!
