This is the proper way to wish someone a Happy St. Patrick's Day I've learned!
I wish you lots of luck this St. Patrick's Day and hope you enjoy the cute little leprechan's - I know I love mine!
We started the day with me sneaking downstairs and decorating a bit for the kids before they got up. Then I made green shamrock shaped pancakes for breakfast. Shaun LOVED them, Ainsley loved to look at it, but ate 2 bites as usual.
Shaun wore his Ireland Soccer jersey that Uncle Mike sent him a while back and Ainsley has a cute little "Daddy's Pot of Gold" t-shirt that looked adorable - and they completed the look with hair ribbons for Ainsley, Shamrock bead necklaces and tattoos.
Alas, I snuck some green candies and a card for each in their lunches as well as a big sheet of Shamrock stickers for them to share with their classmates. Should be a fun day for my little Irish Angels!
For dinner - Orange Chicken! What? Doesn't everyone have Orange Chicken on St. Paddy's Day? Well, my hubby doesn't like Corned Beef or Cabbage - so oh well...Maybe we'll have a green dessert or something!?
Anyway - Happy St. Paddy's Day to you all!
