Halloween 2009

We had a great Halloween! The kids were so excited it was hard to wait all day to get going, but we made it. Ainsley got very into it this year. She was so friendly and outgoing, saying Trick or Treat loud and proud at every house and remembering a big Thank You with each little piece of candy she received. She just LOVED it! She ran the whole way I think!
Shaun was such a big boy. His highlights were lightsaber fighting with his buddy Derek who was dressed as Luke Skywalker. And running into his best friend from Kindergarten, Caden, who was dressed as Anakin. At one point then we had Anakin (before), Darth (after), and Luke (son). He went through the scary haunted house twice this year too!
I think I had more fun this year than any other - they just were so fun and to watch Ainsley grin ear to ear for almost 3 hours straight was just so precious! We even spent time dancing in the street together and she giggled and giggled and then hugged me and said "you're my best mommy ever!". ;-)
A big thanks to Neena Joan and Poppy Bob for coming over and making it all the more special. They had so much fun with you!
