Happy St. Patrick's Day

St. Patrick's day is a fun day in our Irish household.
We all MUST wear green and the kids wake up to find fun little Irish trinkets as a suprise.
There is the annual temporary Tatoo-ing ceremony...and...


Of course - there are ShamCakes (Or Green Shamrock Shaped Pancakes).

The kids get a kick out of it and we do too. Tonight Shaun has a baseball game - and of course we are the assigned team snacks provider... So - what better than...

Shamrock Cookies! (and gatorade).

Think the other parents will love me when at 8:45pm I sugar up their kids and get them all messy with green icing mouths/faces?
